This unique two storey villa is located on the sea front of the tiny, tranquil fishermen's island of Chalki, just a few miles from the coast of the island of Rhodes. It is a hundred years old neoclassical building that it was completely restored three years ago and equipped with all the modern facilities for a pleasant and relaxing vacation.
So close to the water, you can fish from the veranda. A morning swim as easy as a morning shower makes your day! The villa is surrounded by traditional "island-style" houses, scattered around a picturesque harbour of the island, called Nimborio. The clarity of the water around Chalki is astounding, a place that the snorkellers will adore.
The villa is divided in two different apartments. Ground Floor Apartment (153 sq.m): It can accommodate up to 8 persons and it is consisted of a hall which leads to three bedrooms and a bathroom, a big living room (23 sq. meters) which includes the kitchen and another separate bedroom with a WC.
Upper Floor Apartment (107 sq.m) : It can accommodate up to 6 persons and it is consisted by 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, and a living room with a kitchen in it.
All furniture and appliances are brand new and of modern technology. Cleaning services are provided once a week. Sheets and towels are changed twice a week. Both apartments have fully equipped kitchens where you are welcome to try your hand at - why not Greek? - home cooking !

The picturesque capital of Halki is at the east coast, deep inside a cove, and with the help of a natural breakwater, the waters are crystal clean.
The first impression when you approach the island by the boat, is the spectacular view of the beauty of the houses, built in red tiles and amphitheatrically arroynd the harbour.
Nimporio (Halki main village) has about 300 residents, living by fish industry, cattle breeding and tourism.
Traffic is limited to one main street within the village, and mainly during the ships arrival / departures in the port...
