The activities available to the visitor of the Dodecanese Islands are plenty, mainly due to the excellent mediterranean weather, the history (ancient, medieval, modern) and the way nature created those islands.

Sports
There are quite a few sports available either for winter or summer time: Swimming, windsurfing, kite surfing, sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, rock climbing, fishing, hunting, water ski, jet ski, beach volley, tennis, 5X5 soccer, sea bicycles, canoes, beach paddles, parasailing, and more. You would want to visit WaterPark in Rhodes if you like extreme water entertainment.

History
Full of history, the dodecanese islands have so many historical sites that have not managed yet to organize all of them! The medieval and archaeological museums, the ancient town open museums, the castles, fortresses, the old towns, the ancient stadiums, ancient temples etc..

Site seeing
Site seeing is also a very popular way to spend your time, admiring the natural beauty of rock, sand, crystal waters. also the graphical villages built at the most incredible places, the traditional ports, the natural sites will impress you. Every island has its own characteristic style and its own treasures to share with you. You could spend your whole holidays just for site seeing. and don't forget to bring your good camera with you, everything you see will deserve your best photo.

Entertainment
Greeks have made entertainment into an art. they spend most of their time and money entertaining themselves, from food, bars, cafeterias to night clubs and bouzoukia (greek night club) There are many choices, again unique to each island's culture. the king of entertainment is Rhodes Island of course, mainly due to its size and visitors.

There is also great entertainment for kids, from the waterpark to the luna park, to the go carts, to children's playgrounds and the beach!
